Hello! My name is Javier Sanchis, and I am thrilled to welcome you to my personal blog. As a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Alicante, I’ve always been driven by curiosity and a passion for unraveling the complexities of technology. This space is where I plan to share my experiences, knowledge, and insights on the topics that excite me most: Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Graphics, and real-time data processing.
A Little About Me
My journey into the world of advanced computing began in 2019 when I decided to pursue a PhD. To build a strong foundation, I first completed a Master’s Degree in Computational and Mathematical Engineering (URV, UOC), which opened the doors to countless possibilities. Since then, I’ve been immersed in research, development, and teaching, driven by a mission to push the boundaries of technology.
Today, I’m part of the Balladeer Project, where I’m combining EEG signal processing and deep learning to aid in the detection of ADHD. This endeavor aligns perfectly with my passion for biomedical engineering and AI, allowing me to contribute to meaningful advancements in healthcare technology.
Beyond research, I serve as an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Software and Computing Systems at the University of Alicante, sharing my knowledge with the next generation of innovators. I also lead the Research and Development department at XSB Disseny i Multimèdia, continuing to explore the intersection of creativity and technology.
